Carefully selected raw materials are delivered to the production plan in Sloten (the Province of Friesland).
There, they are processed into semifinished products using the fully automated spray-drying.

As the mixture is dried in the spraying towers, the micronised fat globules are entirely encapsulated by dairy products. The result is a product with a consistent composition and an ideal fat distribution. One that is easily soluble and digestible.
After this process the spray-dried milk fat concentrates are transported to the Deventer production plant where they will be processed into the end products, such as Sprayfo calf rearing milk.
