To dissolve Sprayfo a temperature of 45 degrees is sufficient. But in order to supply warm milk (minimally 40 degrees) it is more practical to use warmer water. Because of a lower outside temperature, buckets and milk powder are colder, and water and milk will therefore cool down more quickly.
